Imbue You Handmade Stationery Process
Step 1: Place Your Order
Your order begins once you purchase designs through this site or by contacting us and then ordering.

When ordering online, click “add to cart” which will open a drop down with designs options and a space for notes. You can include your details here, but it’s not necessary. We will contact you after you order for your full details.

If you email us directly before you order, we will provide an email invoice. When emailing us, orders over $300 are split into a deposit and balance plus shipping, which is due once your designs are approved.

When purchasing a complete wedding stationery set (save the dates, invitations and thank you cards along with ceremony and reception stationery), payment is split into thirds.
Step 2: Proof Your Designs
And then the creativity begins! We take your vision, colors and text and create PDF proofs, typically within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

We can provide guidance on wording and colors, so don’t worry if you are unsure. Plus, we can provide color options on the first proof. 3 rounds of proofing are included with your order.

We work together with you until you are happy, and we only print once you have approved your proofs.
Step 3: We Print and Hand Assemble
Once you give the ok, we start creating your designs.

All of our designs are handmade and we’re rather picky about making them beautiful for you. So it can take from 1.5 to 2.5 for individual save the dates, thank you cards, and ceremony and reception stationery, and 2 to 4 weeks for invitations and stationery sets.

When we’re done, we send you a tracking note. We ship 2 to 3 day Priority Mail in the U.S., or 6 to 10 business day Priority Mail International. Express mail and overnight delivery is also available.

As these are handmade and customized, please allow time for proofing, printing, hand assembly and delivery. In most cases for invitations and stationery sets, it can take from 3.5 to 4.5 weeks from order to arrival in the U.S. and 4.5 to 6.5 weeks outside of the United States. For individual stationery pieces such as save the dates, wedding programs and thank you cards, it can take 2.5 to 3.5 weeks in the U.S. and 3.5 to 5 weeks overseas from order to arrival.

Yes, any of our designs can be done as save the dates, invitations (in several formats), thank you cards, wedding programs, menus, table numbers, seating/place cards, favor tags, signage (like bar menus and buffet signs), seating charts, stamps and wedding websites. And if you have an idea for stationery you don’t see here, we can create that as well! Just ask.
Usually yes. All our designs include changes to fonts, colors and paper choices. We can also put one design on a different format — like do a layered design as a flap fold, for example — add simple icons add your own monograms and photos, and change sizes. Complex art changes may be an additional fee. Let us know your ideas, and we can take it from there.

If your handmade order has been damaged in shipping, or something is wrong, please let us know within 3 business days of receipt. The sooner you let us know, the sooner we can arrange an exchange. Unless damaged or wrong on our part, customized invitation and stationery orders are not available for exchange or refund. Please proof your wording and lists carefully. We print what you approve, and we want your stationery to be stunning and typo free.
